This hotel offers a delightful stay with spectacular views of the Matterhorn, a fantastic continental breakfast, and charming rooms with balconies. The service is exceptional, and the location is conveniently close to all Zermatt attractions. However, the dining options are limited and the facilities could benefit from some enhancements.
I had a wonderful stay at the hotel, with breathtaking views of the Matterhorn from my room. The cozy room lacked a cooler, but had enough space to put all my clothes. The service was exceptional, with attentive housekeeping, a delightful welcome drink, and pet amenities available. The location was perfect, nestled in a quiet area while still being close to Zermatt Train station and hiking trails. The dining experience, especially the foie gras, was exceptional. Overall, I truly enjoyed my time at this hotel.
